Digital files (instant downloads)

Because digital STL files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. That said, we want you to be happy — if a file won't open, is corrupted, or clearly doesn't match what you designed, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.

Printed & shipped cutters

If your physical cutter arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund. Because each cutter is made to order, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind, but we'll always make a genuine problem right.
